Foodilizer Tablets (4-Pack)
Make Your Own Nutrient-Rich Soil Amendment
Foodilizer tablets are a soil probiotic that can be added to your lawn or garden. The tablets add beneficial bacteria and fungi back into your soil to provide the optimum nutrient & microorganism level for vegetation growth.
Pair It With Your FoodCycler
Foodilizer tablets pair perfectly with your FoodCycler's organic soil amendment to create better compost material that can support vegetation growth. The FoodCycler's end product itself is sterilized and cannot be used as a compost alternative, but Foodilizer tablets can be combined with your soil directly.
How It Works
Store the organic end product from your FoodCycler until you're ready to apply it to your garden or soil.
1. Evenly spread out your FoodCycler's material atop your garden/soil or mix it together.
2. Fill up a spray bottle with 1L of water and add 1 Foodilizer tablet. Allow the tablet to dissolve.
3. Evenly spray the water over your garden or soil.

I love my food cycler however am very concerned as to why it molds when I add the material to soil... even with using the tablets... it still molded.
Bought the foodcycler thinking I was doing something good for the environment. Turns out the product of the machine is sterile and in order to be anything more than mulch you have to buy these probiotic tablets. Calling BS. False marketing. Too bad. Machine works well. Solid build. Just does nothing for the environment or your garden. Ripped off. Stay away. Let’s see if this review gets posted.
Hi Rob, Thank you for reaching out and for your feedback. We make sure to never call the by-product created by the FoodCycler compost, because you're absolutely right- it isn't! However we have done multiple studies on the nutrient content and viability of the FoodCycler's by-product and have found that, while it doesn't have the same microbial qualities as compost, it does contain a majority of the macro and micro nutrients which garden soil requires to flourish. On average, our by-product has an NPK of 4-1-1, making it quite a powerful fertilizer for leaf and stem growth. Depending on the food scraps you would cycle, you would also find other necessary micro-nutrients (you are what you eat, after all!). If you're interested in the nutrient quality of the by-product, and the by-product combined with your Foodilizer Tablets, please feel free to check out our most recent study by the St. Lawrence River Institute here: https://www.nofoodwaste.com/pages/how-it-works. You can rest assured that you are absolutely doing your part for the environment: by FoodCycling, you are minimizing your carbon footprint, and almost completely eliminating the methane gas your household's weekly trash pickup would otherwise generate in local landfills. So, well done! And thanks again! FoodCycler Support Team
